Grillades
Mettre les plaques grils (selon le modèle).
Mettre la viande sur les plaques.
Refermer l’appareil et laisser cuire selon la recette et votre goût.
Poulet grillé cordon bleu
• 2 blancs de poulet • 1 tranche de jambon blanc • 2 tranches de fromage suisse
• 1 cuillerée à soupe d’huile d’olive • 1 cuillerée à soupe de moutarde de Dijon
• 1/2 tige de thym séché
Préchauffez le gril. Faites une incision dans chacune des poitrines de poulet.
Pliez les tranches de fromage dans un format assez petit pour être inséré
dans l’incision. Enveloppez le fromage avec le jambon et placez les morceaux
dans les incisions. Mélangez l’huile, la moutarde et le thym dans un petit bol
et badigeonnez les deux côtés des poitrines. Faites griller pendant environ
7 minutes ou jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient cuites. Pour 2 portions.
Brochettes de crevettes à l’ail
• 1/2 livre de crevettes moyennes pelées • 2 cuillerées à soupe d’huile d’olive
• 2 gousses d’ail en tranches minces • 1/2 cuillerée à thé de piment broyé
• 1 cuillerée à soupe de persil haché • sel et poivre • 12 à 15 tomates cerises
• 2 tranches de citron
Préchauffez le gril. Dans un bol moyen, mélangez les crevettes, l’huile
d’olive, l’ail, le piment, le persil, puis le sel et le poivre selon votre goût.
Laissez reposer le mélange pendant 20 minutes. Glissez les crevettes sur
une petite brochette de bambou avec 3 tomates cerises. Faites griller
pendant 5 minutes ou selon votre goût. Servez avec des tranches de citron
frais et du pain grillé. Pour 2 portions.
