Tradisjonelle vafler
• 300 g siktet hvetemel • 1 ss bakepulver • salt • 75 g farin • 100 g smeltet smør • 2 egg • 5 dl melk
Bland melet og bakepulveret i en bolle. Lag en grop, og tilsett salt, sukker, smeltet smør og egg. Pisk inn melken
gradvis. La røren stå i 1 time. Deretter steker du vaflene som beskrevet over.
Sprø vafler
• 300 g siktet hvetemel • 1 ss bakepulver • 1 klype salt • 1 ss sukker • 2 egg • 4 dl melk
Pisk eggene til de får en luftig konsistens. Bland de andre tørre ingrediensene i en bolle. Bland inn eggene og
melken gradvis. Pisk til en jevn røre.
Frokostvafler
• 3 eggeplommer • 370 ml melk • 250 g hvetemel • 2 ts bakepulver • 3 ts sukker • 1/2 ts salt • 8 ts olje
• 3 eggehviter
Bland eggeplommene og melken godt. Legg til mel, bakepulver, sukker og salt og bland godt. Legg til oljen. Visp
eggehvitene til de er stive, og bland dem inn i røren.
Vaniljevafler
• 200 g smør • 50 g sukker • litt vaniljestang • 1 klype salt • 6 egg • 300 g hvetemel • 2 ts bakepulver
• 1/4 l melk • 1 ss rom
Visp sammen smør, sukker, vanilje og salt. Bland i mel og bakepulver. Hell gradvis i all melken og eggene, og de-
retter rommen.
Grilling
Sett i grillplatene (*). Legg kjøttet på platene. Lukk jernet, og la steke i henhold til opp-
skriften og din egen smak.
Panini
Sett i paniniplatene (*). Legg brødet på platene. Lukk jernet, og la steke i henhold til opp-
skriften og din egen smak.
