Grillning
Sätt grillplattorna på plats (beroende på modell). Lägg köttet
på plattorna.
Stäng till apparaten och låt köttet tillagas efter receptet och din
egen smak.
Grilltiderna nedan anges endast som en fingervisning.
Bearnaise tournedos
Grilltid: 3-4 minuter
Per person: • 1 x 120 g tournedos (helst filé) • olja • salt • peppar
Olja in tournedosen, krydda med salt och peppar. Grilla i 3 minuter (om du vill
ha den blodig) eller 4 minuter (om du vill ha den genomstekt). Servera med
bearnaisesås.
Stek med timjan
Grilltid: 3 minuter
Per person: • 1 x 150 g rumpstek (ca 2 cm tjock) • en halv matsked olja • 1 kvist färsk

Pensla över steken med olja. Riv av timjanbladen och täck båda sidor av steken
med dem. Grilla i 2 till 3 minuter beroende på om du vill ha den blodig eller
genomstekt. Garnera efter egen smak och servera.
Mirabeau stek
Grilltid: 3 minuter
Per person: • ca 200 g stek (3 cm tjock) • 2 saltade ansjovisar • 25 g smör
• 25 g gröna oliver
Skölj ansjovisen under rinnande vatten och ta bort ryggraden. Grilla steken
i 2 till 3 minuter beroende på om du vill ha den blodig eller genomstekt.
Lägg ansjovisen och en klick smör på steken precis innan du serverar den,
garnera med gröna oliver runt om. Tillsätt peppar efter smak.
Kalvkotlett Surprise
Grilltid: 6 minuter
Per person: • 1 kalvkotlett • en halv skiva skinka (helst okokt) • gruyereost • salt
• peppar
Skär ett snitt i kalvkotletten. Stoppa in den halva skinkskivan och en skiva
gruyereost. Tillsätt salt och peppar. Servera med en tjock tomatsås.
