TIPPS ZUM REISKOCHEN (Rice/Cereals und Pilaf/
Risotto-Programme)
• Messen Sie vor dem Kochen den Reis mit dem Messbecher ab und
waschen Sie ihn, mit Ausnahme von Risotto-Reis.
• Verteilen Sie den gewaschenen Reis gleichmäßig auf dem gesamten
Boden der Schüssel. Füllen Sie die Schüssel mit Wasser bis zum
entsprechenden Wasserpegel (die Einteilungen in Cups).
• Wenn der Reis fertig ist und das „Keep Warm“ Anzeigelicht leuchtet,
rühren Sie den Reis um und lassen Sie ihn dann für einige Minuten
länger im Multikocher, um den perfekten, nicht klebrigen Reis zu
erhalten.

Die nachfolgende Tabelle bietet eine Orientierungshilfe zum Kochen von
Reis:
• Der Summer signalisiert den Ablauf der Garzeit mit drei „Pieptönen“;
der Multikocher geht in den Warmhaltemodus und die „Keep Warm“-
Anzeige leuchtet auf. Das Display beginnt die Warmhaltenzeit zu
zählen.
Garzeit und Temperatur sind für das Kochen von Reis automatisch
eingestellt.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sieben Schritte gibt:
vorheizen => Wasser absorbieren => schneller Temperaturanstieg =>
kochen => Wasserverdampfung => Reis dünsten => warmhalten.
Die Garzeit hängt von der Menge und Reissorte ab.
