NAPOMENA: Kuhinjski stroj može miješati najmanje 2 velika bjelanjka/250ml
kreme. Miješanje je učinkovitije kad je pjenjača potpuno uronjena u
tekućinu. Za manje količine preporučujemo koristiti ručni mikser.
U posudu najprije stavite sve tekuće sastojke, a zatim dodajte suhe
sastojke. Tijekom uporabe uvijek budite u blizini kuhinjskog stroja. Ako
poklopac nije postavljen tijekom miješanja i sl., započnite pri niskoj brzini
dok sastojci ne budu dobro izmiješani. To će smanjiti rizik od prskanja
sadržaja iz posude. Sastojke uvijek dodajite što je moguće bliže stranici
posude, a ne izravno na rotacijski alat.
Smjese koje sadrže velike količine tekućine potrebno je obrađivati pri
niskoj brzini kako bi se izbjeglo prskanje. Brzinu povećavajte kad se
smjesa zgusne.
