Dovoljno za 20velikih
keksa:
• 250g neslanog omekšalog
maslaca
• 125g šećera u prahu
• 125g smeđeg šećera
• 1čajna žličica ekstrakta
vanilije
• 2cijela jaja
• 400g brašna
• 1čajna žličica praška za
pecivo
• 200g komadića čokolade
• 3velika jaja
• 200g tamne čokolade
• 200g maslaca
• 15g maslaca za lim
• 180g šećera
• 2vrećice vanilin šera
• 80g prosijanog brašna
• 50g pekan oraha
Stavite maslac i obje vrste šera u posudu od nehrđajeg čelika. Stavite posudu
u mikser i miksajte 20sekundi na brzini 3. Isključite uređaj špatulom sastružite
smjesu s unutrašnje strane posude od nehajućeg čelika, a zatim ponovno miksajte
20sekundi na brzini 5. Dodajte ostale sastojke, stavite poklopac i miksajte na brzini
2dok ne dobijete glatko tijesto. Oblikujte tijesto u loptu, zamotajte ga u plastičnu
foliju i stavite u hladnjak najmanje 1sat. Zagrijte pećnicu na 180°C, izvadite tijesto iz
hladnjaka i podijelite ga u male lopte. Stavite ih na lim za penje obložen papirom
za pečenje i pecite u pnici oko 10minuta.
Zagrijte pećnicu na 200°C i maslacem namastite četvrtasti kalup pečenje od 20cm.
Otopite čokoladu i 200g maslaca u mikrovalnoj pnici i dobro promiješajte. Stavite
jaja i obje vrste šećera u posudu od nehrđajućeg čelika. Pričvrstite pjenjaču i stavite
poklopac, a zatim miksajte 1minutu na brzini 6. Dodajte otopljenu čokoladu i
miksajte 20sekundi na brzini 6. Zatim dodajte prosijano brašno i miksajte 15sekundi
na brzini 6. Dovršite tako da dodate pekan orahe u smjesu i promiješate špatulom.
Ulijte smjesu u namašćeni pleh i pecite 25minuta na 200°C. Prekajte da se ohladi
prije posluživanja.
