- „LUPANJE“ / MEŠANJE GLATKIH SMESA / MUĆENJE (Maksimalno vreme korišćenja : 10 minuta)

- Koristite dodatak za mućenje (C3) sa brzinama od „1“ do „6/max“.

- Možete pripremati: majonez, sos od belog luka i ostale soseve, „ulupana“ belanca (do 8

belanaca), šlag (do 500 ml)…

Nikada ne koristite dodatak za mućenje (C3) za mešenje teških testa ili mešanje lakih testa.

Demontiranje dodataka: Sačekajte dok aparat u potpunosti ne prestane sa radom i rasklopite

ga redosledom obrnutim od redosleda montaže, primenjujući postupke prikazane na dijagramima

od 1.4 do 1.1.

2 - UJEDNAČAVANJE/MEŠANJE/MIKSIRANJE (U ZAVISNOSTI OD MODELA)

U zavisnosti od vrste namirnica, blender (D) vam omogućava da pripremite do 1,5 l gustih smesa

i 1,25 l tečnih smesa.

KORIŠĆENI DODACI: Posuda blender (D / L).

2.1 - MONTIRANJE DODATAKA

Primenite postupke prikazane na dijagramima od 2.1 do 2.3 i 10.

2.2 - PUŠTANJE U RAD (Maksimalno vreme korišćenja : 3 minuta)

• Pokrenite aparat okrećući dugme regulatora (A1) u željeni položaj u zavisnosti od recepta (od

brzine 4 do Mak ili „Pulse“). Za bolju kontrolu miksiranja i bolje ujednačavanje smese, koristite

položaj „Pulse“.

• Tokom pripreme možete dodavati namirnice kroz otvor zatvarača za doziranje (D2, L5)

Saveti:

• Možete pripremati:

- dobro miksirane čorbe, velute sos, kompote, milkšejk, koktele.

- lagana testa (palačinke, uštipci, voćni kolač ...).

• Prilikom miksiranja, ako sastojci ostanu zalepljeni za zidove činije, zaustavite aparat, čekajte

potpuno zaustavljanje aparata, skinite posudu miksera, skinite sastojke na sečiva, koristeći

špatule, a zatim vratite posudu miksera na mesto da biste nastavili sa pripremom.

Demontiranje dodatka: Sačekajte dok aparat u potpunosti ne prestane sa radom pre nego

što uklonite posudu za mešanje i rasklopite ga redosledom obrnutim od redosleda montaže,

primenjujući postupke prikazane na dijagramima od 2.1 do 2.3 i 10.

3 - MLEVENJE (U ZAVISNOSTI OD MODELA)

KORIŠĆENI DODACI:

Držač dodataka (E), Sklopljena glava mlina za meso (F)

3.1 - POSTAVLJANJE ADAPTERA ZA MLEVENJE

Primenite postupke prikazane na dijagramima 9, 10, a zatim i od 3.1 do 3.3.

3.2 - PUŠTANJE U RAD

• Pokrenite aparat okretanjem regulatora (A1) na brzinu „3“ ili „4“.

• Ubacujte meso u cev komad po komad uz pomoć potiskivača (F7). Nikada potiskujte hranu

prstima ili kuhinjskim priborom.

- Možete da kotlet do 3 kg mesa, maksimalno vreme korišćenja : 10 minuta.

Saveti:

- Pripremite celu količinu namirnica koje treba samleti (kad se radi o mesu, skinite kosti,

hrskavicu i žile i isecite meso na komadiće od oko 2x2 cm).

- Proverite da li se meso dobro odmrzlo.
