- TOLČENJE / EMULGIRANJE / STEPANJE (Maksimalni čas uporabe: 10 minut).
- Uporabite metlico z gostimi žicami (C3) pri hitrosti med »1« in »6/max«.
- Pripravite lahko: majonezo, česnovo majonezo, omake, sneg iz beljakov (iz 8 beljakov), omako
chantilly (do 500 ml)…
- Nikoli ne uporabite metlice z veliko žicami (C3) za gnetenje težkega ali mešanje lahkega testa.
Odstranitev dodatkov: počakajte, da se aparat popolnoma ustavi, in nadaljujte v obratnem
vrstnem redu sestave; diagrami od 1.4 do 1.1.
2 - HOMOGENIZIRANJE/UMEŠANJE/MEŠANJE
(ODVISNO OD MODELA)
Odvisno od narave sestavin lahko v posodi mešalnika (D) pripravite do 1,5 L goste in 1,25 L redke
mešanice.
UPORABLJENI DODATKI: Posoda mešalnika (D / L).
2.1 - NAMESTITEV DODATKOV
Sledite diagramom od 2.1 do 2.3 in 10.
2.2 - VKLOP (Maksimalni čas uporabe: 3 minut.)
Obrnite nastavitveni gumb (A1) v položaj, ki ustreza receptu (od 4 do 6/Max hitrost ali »Pulse«).
Če želite boljši nadzor pri mešanju in homogenizaciji uporabite položaj »Pulse«.
Med pripravo lahko dodajate sestavine skozi odprtino v dozirnem pokrovu (D2, L5).
Nasveti:
Pripravite lahko:
- kremne juhe, kreme, kompote, mlečne napitke, koktajle.
- tekoča testa (palačinke, kro, sadni kolač, bretonska pita).
IČe se pri mešanju sestavine oprijemajo sten posode, ustavite aparat, počakati na popolno
zaustavitev delu naprave, snemite posodo mešalnika in stresite sestavine proti rezilu mešalnika
z lopatico ter nato ponovno namestite posodo in nadaljujte s pripravo.
Odstranitev dodatkov: počakajte, da se aparat popolnoma ustavi, preden odstranite vrč
mešalnika, in nadaljujte v obratnem vrstnem redu sestave; diagrami od 2.3 do 2.1 in 10.
3 - SEKLJALNIK
(ODVISNO OD MODELA)
UPORABLJENI DODATKI:
Držalo (E), Sestava glave sekljalnika (F)
3.1 - NAMESTITEV DODATKA ZA SEKLJANJE
Sledite diagramom 9, 10 in nato od 3.1 do 3.3.
3.2 - VKLOP
Vklopite aparat tako, da obrnete nastavitveni gumb (A1) na hitrost »3« ali »4«.
Postopno dodajajte kose mesa v dovodni lijak in si pri tem pomagajte s potiskalnikom (F7). Nikoli
ne potiskajte živil v dovodni lijak s prsti ali drugimi pripomočki.
- Lahko sesekljajte do 3 kg mesa, maksimalni čas uporabe: 10 minut.
Nasveti:
- Pripravite celotno količino živil za sekljanje (pri mesu odstranite kosti, hrustance in tetive
ter ga narežite na kocke velike približno 2x2cm).
- Zagotovite, da bo meso pred pripravo dobro odtajano.
