- BATERE / EMULSIONARE / BATERE RAPIDĂ CU TELUL (Timp de utilizare maxim: 10 minute.).
- Utilizaţi telul din sârmă (C3) pe o viteză de la „1” până la „6/max”.
- Puteţi prepara: maioneză, cremă de usturoi, sosuri, albuşuri spumă (până la 8 albuşuri de ou),
frişcă (până la 500 ml)…
- Nu utilizaţi niciodată telul din sârmă (C3) pentru a frământa aluaturi tari sau pentru a
amesteca aluaturi uşoare.

2 - OMOGENIZARE / AMESTECARE / BLENDER (ÎN FUNCŢIE DE MODEL)
În funcţie de natura alimentelor, bolul blender (D) vă permite să preparaţi până la 1,5 l de
amestecuri groase şi 1,25 l de amestecuri lichide.
ACCESORII UTILIZATE: ulcior blender (D / L).
2.1 - MONTAREA ACCESORIILOR
Slijedite sličice od 2.1. do 2.3. i 10.
2.2 - PUNEREA ÎN FUNCŢIUNE (Timp de utilizare maxim: 3 minute.).
• Porniţi, rotind butonul variator (A1) pe poziţia dorită, în funcţie de reţetă (de la 4 la viteza
maxima sau pulse). Pentru un mai bun control asupra amestecării şi o mai bună omogenizare a
preparatului, utilizaţi poziţia «Pulse».
• Puteţi adăuga alimentele prin oriciul dopului dozator (D2, L5), în timpul preparării.
Sfaturi:
• Puteţi prepara:
- Ciorbe mixate n, supe creme, compoturi, milkshake-uri, cocktailuri.
- Aluaturi uşoare (de clătite, opărit pentru gogoşi, clafoutis, an, etc.).
• În timpul mixării, dacă ingredientele rămân lipite de pereţii bolului, opriţi aparatul, așteptați
pentru oprirea completă a aparatul și scoateţi bolul blender, daţi jos ingredientele de pe pereţi
pe lame folosind o spatulă, apoi puneţi la loc bolul blender pentru a continua prepararea.

3 - TOCARE (ÎN FUNCŢIE DE MODEL)

3.1 - MONTAREA ADAPTORULUI PENTRU TOCĂTOR
Slijedite sličice 9., 10., a zatim i one od 3.1. do 3.3.
3.2 - PUNEREA ÎN FUNCŢIUNE
• Puneţi în funcţiune, rotind variatorul (A1) pe viteza „3” sau „4”
•
Introduceţi carnea în tubul de alimentare, bucată cu bucată, cu ajutorul accesoriul pentru
impins (F7). Nu împingeţi niciodată ingredientul cu degetele sau cu alte ustensile în tubul de
alimentare.
- Puteți tăia până la 3 kg de carne, Timp de utilizare maxim: 10 minute.

- Pregătiţi întreaga cantitate de alimente ce trebuie tocată (la carne eliminaţi oasele, zgârciurile
