- TUČENJE / EMULGIRANJE / MUĆENJE (Maksimalno vrijeme uporabe do: 10 min.)
- Metlicu (C3) rabite na brzini od "1" do "6/max".
- Možete pripremiti: majonezu, majonezu sa češnjakom, umake, snijeg od bjelanjaka (do 8
bjelanjaka), chantilly umak (do 500 ml)…
- Metlicu (C3) nemojte nikada rabiti za miješenje kompaktnih i lakih tijesta.
Odvajanje pribora: Pričekajte da se uređaj u potpunosti zaustavi i nastavite redoslijedom
obrnutim od redoslijeda montaže prema sličicama 1.4. do 1.1.
2 - BLENDER / MIJEŠANJE
(OVISNO O MODELU)
Ovisno o prirodi namirnica, posuda blendera (D) dopušta vam da pripremite do 1.5 L gustih smjesa
i 1.25 L tekućih smjesa.
PRIBOR U UPORABI: Posuda blendera (D / L).
2.1 - SASTAVLJANJE PRIBORA
Slijedite sličice od 2.1. do 2.3. i 10.
2.2 - STAVLJANJE U RAD (Maksimalno vrijeme uporabe do: 3 min.).
• Izbornik brzine (A1) stavite u pogon i okrenite na željeni položaj ovisno o receptu (od brzine do 4
Max ili puls). Zbog bolje kontrole miješanja i bolje homogenizacije pripravka, koristite impulsni rad.
• Tijekom pripreme možete dodavati namirnice kroz otvor dozirnog čepa (D2, L5).
Savjeti:
• Možete pripremiti:
- Krem juhe, kaše, mliječne miješavine s voćem, koktele.
- Laka tijesta (palačinke, uštipci, wai, kreme..).
•
Ako za vrijeme miješanja sastojci ostanu zalijepljeni za stijenke posude, zaustavite uređaj, pričekajte
da se uređaj u potpunosti zaustavi i skinite posudu blendera, pustite da sastojci padnu na noževe
uz uporabu lopatice, zatim vratite na mjesto svoju posudu blendera da biste nastavili s pripremom.
Odvajanje pribora: Prije uklanjanja vrča za miješanje pričekajte da se uređaj u potpunosti
zaustavi i nastavite redoslijedom obrnutim od redoslijeda montaže prema sličicama od 2.3. do
2.1. i 10.
3 - MLJEVENJE

3.1 - POSTAVITE PRIKLJUČAK ZA NASTAVAK ZA MLJEVENJE/MULTIPRAKTIK
Slijedite sličice 9., 10., a zatim i one od 3.1. do 3.3.
3.2 - STAVLJANJE U RAD
• Stavite u rad i okrenite izbornik (A1) na brzinu "3" ili "4".
• U otvor stavljajte meso komad po komad pomoću potiskivača (F7). Sastojke u otvor nikada
nemojte gurati prstima ili kuhinjskim priborom.
- Možete usitniti do 3 kg mesa, maksimalno vrijeme uporabe do: 10 min.
Savjeti:
- Pripremite ukupnu količinu namirnica za mljevenje (za meso, uklonite kosti, hrskavicu i žile i
režite na komade veličine 2x2cm).
- Uvjerite se da je vaše meso potpuno odmrznuto.
