Zagrijte pećnicu na 180°C. Namastite i pobrašnite kalup za štrucu. Postavite
nastavak za miješanje, inox posudu i poklopac, izmiješajte zajedno brašno, jaja i
prašak za pecivo, pevši s brzinom 1i postupno pojačavaji do brzine 3. Dodajte
maslinovo ulje, mlijeko i mijajte još pola minute. Smanjite brzinu na 1i dodajte
suhe rajčice (izrezane na komadiće), kockice feta sira, zelene masline (izrezane
na komade) i curry. Začinite. Smjesu ulijte u kalup i stavite u pećnicu na 30do
40minuta, ovisno o pnici. S nožem provjerite je li štruca gotova.
Izrežite rajčice, paprike i 6većih listova bosiljka na komadiće. Stavite u
sokovnik. Dodajte ocat i 3velike žlice maslinovog ulja te zatim dolijte 150ml
vode kroz otvor za punjenje kako bi isprali spremnik za sok i pokupili ostatak
soka. Dobro promiješajte sok od rajčica, dodaji sol i papar po želji. Dodajte
tučeno slatko vrhnje, veliku žlicu maslinovog ulja i ostatak bosiljka u posudu.
Začinite. Postavite metlicu i poklopac. Miješajte smjesu nekih 10minuta.
Stavite u hladnjak da se hladi 30minuta. Ulijte sok u čašice. Prije poslivanja,
na vrh stavite tučeno vrhnje sa bosiljkom.
U posudu uređaja opremljenu nastavkom za miješenje, stavite brašno i sol. Pustite
da radi nekoliko sekundi na brzini 2, a potom prijeđite na brzinu 4. Kroz otvor, ulijte
mlaku vodu a potom maslinovo ulje, te pustite da se mijesi dok tijesto ne formira
lijepu kuglu. Ostavite da se diže dok tijesto ne udvostruči volumen. Razvaljajte i
oblikujte ovisno o receptu.
