Namestite vmesnik (E) in ga zataknite z vrtenjem v nasprotni smeri urinih kazalcev. Priključek vmesnika mora
biti obrnjen stran od aparata.
Spustite večnamensko glavo (A3) v vodoraven položaj in jo zataknite s pomočjo tipke (A2).
3.2 - SESTAVLJANJE GLAVE SEKLJALNIKA
Primite ohišje (F1) za vrat tako, da je največja odprtina obrnjena navzgor.
Vstavite vijak (F2) (najprej daljši del osi) v ohišje (F1).
Namestite rezilo (F3) na krajši del osi vijaka (F2), pri čemer naj bodo robovi rezila obrnjeni navzven.
Namestite luknjasti disk (F4 ali F5) na nož (F3), pri tem pa pazite, da se bosta nastavka na diskih ujemala z
zarezama na ohišju (F1).
Močneje privijte matico (F6) na ohišje (F1) (v smeri urinih kazalcev), vendar ne tako, da bi onemogočili vrtenje.
Preverite montažo. Os ne sme imeti zračnosti in se ne sme vrteti sama od sebe. V nasprotnem primeru
ponovite prej opisani postopek.
3.3 - NAMESTITEV GLAVE SEKLJALNIKA NA APARAT
Primite sestavljeno glavo sekljalnika (F) in jo nagnite v desno glede na priključek vmesnika (E), in sicer tako,
da se bajoneta na sekljalni glavi ujemata z zarezama na vmesniku. Glavo sekljalnika zataknite na vmesnik
tako, da obrnete dovodni lijak glave sekljalnika v nasprotni smeri urinega kazalca do vertikalnega položaja.
Na dovodni lijak namestite še snemljivi pladenj (F8).
3.4 - VKLOP, NASVETI IN RAZSTAVLJANJE
Preverite ali je varnostna loputa (A5) dobro zaklenjena (v smeri urinega kazalca) na hitrem priključku (A4).
Pred aparat postavite posodo, v katero boste prestrezali pripravljena živila.
Vklopite aparat tako, da obrnete nastavitveni gumb (A1) na hitrost »3« ali »4«.
Postopno dodajajte kose mesa v dovodni lijak in si pri tem pomagajte s potiskalnikom (F7). Nikoli ne
potiskajte živil v dovodni lijak s prsti ali drugimi pripomočki.
- Lahko sesekljajte do 3 kg mesa.
- Maksimalni čas uporabe: 10 minut.
Naj se ohladi popolnoma aparat pred uporabo.
Aparat ustavite tako, da obrnete nastavitveni gumb v položaj »0« in nato počakate, da se aparat popolnoma
ustavi.
Snemite glavo sekljalnika v obratnem vrstnem redu kot pri sestavljanju.
Nasveti:
- Pripravite celotno količino živil za sekljanje (pri mesu odstranite kosti, hrustance in tetive ter ga narežite na
kocke velike približno 2x2cm).
- Zagotovite, da bo meso pred pripravo dobro odtajano.
- Po končanem delu lahko sesekljate še nekaj kosov kruha, da s tem izločite vse delce mesa.
4 - STRGALNIK / REZALNIK (ODVISNO OD MODELA)

- Držalo (E)
- Sestava rezalnika zelenjave (G)
- Bobni (odvisno od modela)
4.1 - NAMESTITEV DODATKOV
Pritisnite na gumb (A2) za sprostitev večnamenske glave (A3) in jo dvignite do konca.
Namestite vmesnik (E) in ga zataknite z vrtenjem v nasprotni smeri urinih kazalcev. Priključek vmesnika
mora biti obrnjen stran od aparata.
Spustite večnamensko glavo (A3) v vodoraven položaj in jo zataknite s pomočjo tipke (A2).
Preverite ali je varnostna loputa (A5) dobro zaklenjena (v smeri urinega kazalca) na hitrem priključku (A4).
