Sastojci: 3 jaja, 150 g šećera, 150 g mekanog maslaca u komadima, 220 g
brašna, 1 vrećica (11 g) praška za pecivo
Stavite sve sastojke u posudu, osim brašna. Stavite mikser i poklopac na
mjesto. Pokrenite na nekoliko sekundi u brzini 1, zatim postupno dodajte
brašno, ostavljajući aparat da radi. Gnječite 3 min ukupno. Prethodno
zagrijte pećnicu na 180 ° C. Stavite tijesto u nauljen i pobrašnjen kalup za
tortu. Pecite oko 40 min.
