Ingredientes: 1 gema de ovo, 1 colher de sopa de mostarda, 1 colher de café de vinagre, 250
ml de óleo, sal, pimenta.
Atenção: todos os ingredientes devem estar à temperatura ambiente.
Na taça, coloque todos os ingredientes menos o óleo. Coloque o batedor para claras e a
tampa. Inicie na velocidade 1 e comece a deitar o óleo num pequeno o. Após 10 s, passe
para a velocidade 7 e continue a incorporar o óleo devagar. Quando terminar, deixe funcionar
durante mais 30 s.
Nota: guarde no frigoríco e consuma no prazo de 24 h.
Chantilly
Ingredientes: 250 ml de natas líquidas bem frias, 50 g de Icing Sugar.
Na taça, coloque as natas e o Icing Sugar. Coloque o batedor para claras e a tampa. Deixe
funcionar na velocidade 4 durante 2 min e, depois, na velocidade 7 durante 1 min e 30 s.
