Atención: no se le podrá suministrar ningún accesorio sin presentar las
instrucciones de uso o el propio aparato.
Pan blanco
Ingredientes: 350 g de harina de tipo 55, 210 ml de agua templada, 5 g
de levadura de panadería deshidratada, 5 g de sal.
Vierta en el vaso la sal, la harina y la levadura de panadería. Coloque
el amasador y la tapa. Ponga el aparato en funcionamiento durante
unos segundos a la velocidad 1; a continuación, añada agua mientras lo
mantiene funcionando. Amase durante 8 min aproximadamente. Deje
reposar la masa a temperatura ambiente durante ½ hora; a continuación,
vuelva a trabajar la masa con las manos y haga una bola con ella que
deberá colocar en una placa de pastelería untada de mantequilla y
enharinada. Deje que suba durante aproximadamente 1 hora. Precaliente
el horno a 240 °C. Realice unos cortes en la parte superior de la hogaza y
embadúrnela con agua templada. Ponga un recipiente pequeño lleno de
agua en el horno para facilitar que se forme una corteza dorada. Hornee
durante 30 min.
Masa quebrada
Ingredientes: 200 g de harina, 100 g de mantequilla blanda cortada en
pedazos, 50 ml de agua, 1 pizca de sal.
Vierta en el vaso la harina, la mantequilla y la sal. Coloque el amasador y
la tapa. Ponga el aparato en funcionamiento durante unos segundos a la
velocidad 1 y añada agua mientras lo mantiene funcionando. Continúe
