Savjeti:
–Mijesiti
–Koristite mijesilicu (c1) samo na brzini "1".
–možete mijesiti do:
–500 g brašna i 300 g tople vode (25-30°C) za tijesto za hljeba (npr bijeli
hljeb, hljeb sa žitaricama, Tijesto za pizzu ...)
–400 g brašna i 240 g tople vode (25-30°C) za poseban hljeb (brašno
koje je većeg tipa od tipa 55 (T55) raženi hljeb, integralni hljeb, ...)
–250 g brašna za dizana tijesta (brioš, kuglof, peciva...)
–750 g brašna za hljeb sa mlijekom (vidi osnovni recept)
–Maksimalno vrijeme rada 13 min.
Za najbolje rezultate, slijedite upute šeme 4.
–Miješati
–Koristite miješalicu (c2) brzine od « 1 » do « 4 ».
–Možete miješati do:
–1 kg tijesta poput patišpanje, prhkog tijesta, ...
–2,7 kg tijesta za zašećereni kolač (vidi osnovni recept)
–Nikada ne koristite mikser (C2) kako biste mijesili teška tijesta.
–Maksimalno vrijeme rada 13min.
–Miksati / emulzirati / mutiti
–Koristite lopaticu za miksanje (c2) brzine od « 1 » do « 4 ».
–Možete pripremiti: majonezu, aioli, umake, bjelanjke (do 8 bjelanjaka),
šlag (do 500 ml) ...
– Lopaticu za miješanje (c3) nikada nemojte koristiti kako biste
mijesili teška tijesta ili miješali lagana tijesta.
–Maksimalno vrijeme rada 10 min.
1.3 - SKIDANJE DODATNIH DIJELOVA :
• Sačekajte da se aparat do kraja zaustavi i isključite ga iz struje.
• Povucite poklopac (b2).
• Pomoću tipke (a3), otključajte višenamjensku glavu (a4) i podignite je
u visoki položaj.
• Povucite na dodatne dijelove (c1), (c2) ili (c3) kako biste ih izvadili iz
višenamjenske glave.
• Povucite posudu.
