– u bent een nieuwe gebruiker. Selecteer het eerste vrije geheugen om u te
registreren. Indien alle geheugens bezet zijn, moet u er één wissen (zie
pagina 23, paragraaf 3).
Body Mass Index
• Uw personenweegschaal berekent automatisch uw BMI en interpreteert
deze:
<18: Ondergewicht
18 t/m 25: Normaal gewicht
25 t/m 30: Overgewicht
>30: Obesitas
Vetmassa in kg
Uw personenweegschaal geeft uw vetmassa weer in kg.
Uw vetmassa wordt eveneens uitgezet in een grafiek die uw persoonlijke
grenzen in “goede gezondheid” toont (berekend aan de hand van uw
geslacht, uw leeftijd en uw lengte).
