Para obtener unas baguettes más livianas, deje reposar la masa durante 10 minutos
antes de darle forma.
La longitud de la baguette obtenida deberá corresponder al tamaño de la placa
antiadherente (aproximadamente 18 cm).
Puede variar el sabor de sus panes condimentándolos con otros ingredientes. Para
ello, bastará con que humedezca las porciones de masa y, a continuación, las enrolle
añadiendo semillas de sésamo o de amapola.
Retire la cuba de la panicadora.
Espolvoree ligeramente con harina la supercie de trabajo.
Retire la masa de la cuba y colóquela sobre la supercie de
trabajo.
Forme una bola con la masa y divídala en 4 porciones utilizando
un cuchillo.
Deberá obtener 4 porciones de un peso equivalente, a las que
deberá dar forma de baguettes.
La costura de las baguettes deberá quedar en la parte inferior.
Podrá cambiar la apariencia de sus baguettes haciendo cortes en toda su longitud con
unas tijeras.
Utilizando el pincel de repostería suministrado, humedezca bien la parte superior de las
baguettes, pero evitando que se acumule agua sobre las placas anti-adherentes.
Coloque las 2 placas antiadherentes con las baguettes sobre la bandeja de hornear para
baguettes suministrada.
Coloque la bandeja de hornear para baguettes en la panicadora en lugar de la cuba.
Vuelva a pulsar el botón
para reiniciar el programa y comenzar a hornear sus baguettes.
Al nal del ciclo de horneado, dispondrá de 2 opciones:
Si desea hornear 4 baguettes, proceda como sigue:
Desenchufe la panicadora de la red eléctrica. Retire la bandeja de hornear para baguettes.
Asegúrese siempre de utilizar guantes o manoplas para horno, ya que la bandeja estará
muy caliente.
Tras haber preparado las baguettes, tiéndalas sobre las placas
antiadherentes.
Para obtener los mejores resultados,
haga cortes diagonales de 1 cm en
la parte superior de las baguettes
utilizando un cuchillo con hoja
serrada o el rascador suministrado.
