stavljati u dozator jer bi se mogli zalijepiti na stjenke dozatora, npr. masni

Mlijeko
Koju vrstu mlijeka mogu koristiti?
Možete koristiti sve vrste mlijeka (na primjer kravlje mlijeko, kozje mlijeko,
ovčje mlijeko, sojino mlijeko ili druga biljna mlijeka). Konzistencija jogurta
može varirati ovisno o korištenom mlijeku. Sirovo mlijeko, dugotrajna
mlijeka i sva dolje opisana mlijeka prikladna su za uporabu u uređaju:
Sterilizirano dugotrajno mlijeko: punomasno UHT mlijeko daje čvršći
jogurt. Djelomično obrano mlijeko daje manje čvrsti jogurt. Alternativno
možete koristiti djelomično obrano mlijeko i dodati 1 ili 2 žlice mlijeka
u prahu.
Punomasno mlijeko: ovo mlijeko daje kremastiji jogurt s tankim slojem
"kože" na vrhu.
Sirovo mlijeko (s farme): ovu vrstu mlijeka potrebno je prethodno
prokuhati. Preporučujemo kuhati dovoljno dugo vremena. Zatim ga je
potrebno ohladiti prije stavljanja u uređaj.
Mlijeko u prahu: ova vrsta mlijeka daje vrlo kremasti jogurt. Uvijek se
pridržavajte uputa proizvođača navedenih na ambalaži.

Sredstvo za fermentiranje može biti:
Običan jogurt kupljen u prodavaonici, s najkasnijim istekom roka
trajanja koji je dostupan.
Liolizirano sredstvo za fermentiranje ili mliječne kulture. U
tom slučaju pridržavajte se trajanja aktivacije navedenog u uputama
proizvođača sredstva za fermentiranje. Ta se sredstva mogu naći u
supermarketima, ljekarnama i nekim prodavaonicama zdrave hrane.
Neki od vaših jogurta koje ste pripremili – to mora biti obični jogurt,
najsvježiji mogući. Taj se postupak naziva "kultura".
Svojstva sredstava mogu se uništiti previsokim temperaturama.
