2. Rabite sastojke prije isteka njihovog roka trajanja i držite ih na suhom,
hladnom mjestu.
3. Brašno se mora točno izvagati kuhinjskom vagom. Koristite aktivni
suhi pekarski kvasac (u vrećicama).
4. Izbjegavajte otvaranje poklopca tijekom uporabe (ako nije drukčije
navedeno).
5. Slijedite točan redoslijed sastojaka i količina kako je navedeno u
receptima. Najprije tekućine, zatim kruti sastojci. Kvasac ne smije
doći u doticaj s masnoćama ili solju. Previše kvasca slabi strukturu
tijesta i ono će se jako dići ali će se zatim spustiti tijekom pečenja.
Opći redoslijed kojeg se treba pridržavati:
Tekućine (omekšali maslac, ulje, jaja, voda, mlijeko)
Sol
Šećer
Prva polovica brašna
Mlijeko u prahu
Određeni kruti sastojci

6. Kod nestanka struje koji traje kraće od 7 minuta
