1. Mešenje
Ovaj ciklus omogućava stvaranje strukture testa i njegovo pravilno
narastanje. Za bolje narastanje testa stavite suvi instant kvasac u dozer (2).
Tokom ovog ciklusa možete da dodate sastojke: suvo voće, masline i sl.
Neki od dodatnih sastojaka mogu da se stave u dozer (1) i na početku
pripreme recepta: orašasti plodovi, semenke, suvo grožđe, čokoladni čips,
suvo voće, bilje. Budite oprezni: neki sastojci ne mogu se stavljati u dozer,
jer bi se mogli zalepiti na zidove dozera, npr. masni i vlažni sastojci, kao što
su sir i šunka. Te sastojke možete da stavite direktno u posudu za hleb na
početku pripreme recepta.
2. Narastanje testa
Vreme tokom kojeg testo radi, da bi naraslo i razvilo ukus.
3. Postupak pečenja
Pretvara testo u hleb i daje željenu boju korice i stepen hrskavosti.
4. Održavanje toplote
Održava hleb toplim 1 sat od završetka pečenja. Ipak preporučujemo
da izvadite hleb iz kalupa posle pečenja.
Tokom jednočasovnog ciklusa održavanja toplote, na ekranu se nastavlja
prikazivati “0:00”. Posle završetka ciklusa, aparat se zaustavlja automatski
posle oglašavanja nekoliko zvučnih signala.
