Sladek kruh 10 10
Ta program je primeren za pripravo jedi po vzoru briošev,
ki vsebujejo več maščobe in sladkorja. Če uporabljate
že pripravljene mešanice, lahko skupaj pripravite največ
750 g testa.
Ročni način - 11
Ta program uporabite, kadar želite sami nastaviti
temperaturo, čas in druge nastavitve za pripravo kruha
(glejte spodnjo tabelo).
Vzhajano testo 11 12
Ta program uporabite za pripravo testa za pico, testa za
kruh in vaje. V tem programu jedi ne morete speči.
Testenine 12 15
Ta program uporabite za pripravo italijanskih testenin ali
testa za pito.
Krhko testo - 14 Ta program uporabite za pripravo domačega testa za pito.
Pecivo 13 13
Ta program uporabite za pripravo testa za pecivo s
pecilnim praškom. Pri tem programu je mogoče uporabiti
samo nastavitev teže 750 g.
Samo pečenje 14 16
Ta program uporabite za pečenje od 10 do 70 minut.
Lahko ga izberete posamezno ali pa ga uporabite v
naslednjih primerih:
a) po zaključenem programu za vzhajano testo;
b) kadar želite segreti ali zapeči že pečen kruh, ki se je
ohladil;
c) za dokončanje pečenja v primeru daljšega izpada
električne energije med ciklom priprave kruha.
Ovsena kaša 15 17
Ta program uporabite za pripravo ovsene kaše in riževega
pudinga. Pri odpiranju pokrova pazite na izhod pare in
vročega zraka.
Žita 16 18
Ta program uporabite za pripravo riževega, zdrobovega in
ajdovega pudinga. Pri odpiranju pokrova pazite na izhod
pare in vročega zraka.
Marmelada 17 19
Ta program uporabite za pripravo domačih marmelad. Pri
odpiranju pokrova pazite na izhod pare in vročega zraka.
Jogurt 18 20
Ta program se uporablja za pripravo jogurta iz
pasteriziranega kravjega, kozjega ali sojinega mleka.
Lonček za jogurt postavite v pekač (brez pokrova za
shranjevanje ali ltra za skuto). Ko je jogurt pripravljen, ga
hranite na hladnem mestu in ga porabite v 7 dneh.
Tekoči jogurt 19 21
Program se uporablja za pripravo tekočega jogurta iz
pasteriziranega mleka. Lonček za jogurt postavite v pekač
(brez pokrova za shranjevanje). Pred uporabo jogurt
dobro pretresite. Ko je jogurt pripravljen, ga hranite na
hladnem mestu in ga porabite v 7 dneh.
Skuta 20 22
Program se uporablja za pripravo mehkega belega
sira iz sesirjenega kravjega ali kozjega mleka. Lonček
za skuto postavite v lonček za jogurt (brez pokrova za
shranjevanje) in ju namestite v pekač. Potrebna je faza
odcejanja. Ko je jogurt pripravljen, ga hranite na hladnem
mestu in ga porabite v 2 dneh.
