CONSEJOS PRÁCTICOS
1. Todos los ingredientes utilizados deben estar a temperatura ambiente
(salvo que se indique lo contrario) y deben pesarse con precisión.
Mida los líquidos con el vaso de medición suministrado. Utilice la
cuchara suministrada para medir las cucharadas de café por uno
de los lados y las cucharadas de sopa por el otro. Unas mediciones
incorrectas se traducirán en unos malos resultados. La preparación
del pan es muy sensible a las condiciones de temperatura y
humedad. En caso de hacer mucho calor, se aconseja utilizar líquidos
más fríos de lo habitual. Asimismo, en caso de temperaturas bajas,
puede que sea necesario templar el agua o la leche (sin sobrepasar
jamás 35°C).
