Selección de un programa
El botón de menú le permite elegir el programa deseado. Cada vez
que pulse el botón
, el número en el panel de la pantalla pasará al
programa siguiente.
MODO DE EMPLEO DE SU PANIFICADORA
Cuando termine de hacer el pan, pulse y desenchufe la panificadora.
Saque la cuba de pan. Utilice siempre unos guantes de cocina, dado que
el asa de la cuba y el lado interior de la tapa estarán calientes. Saque
el pan caliente de la cuba y déjelo enfriar sobre una rejilla durante 1

Con el fin de familiarizarse con su panificadora, le sugerimos llevar a
cabo la receta de PAN FRANCÉS la primera vez que haga pan.

1. AGUA = 365 ml
2. SAL = 2 c.c.
3. HARINA = 620 g
4. LEVADURA = 1½ c.c.
PESO = 1000 g
1. Pan básico. Este programa permite elaborar una receta de
pan de molde blanco.
2. Pan francés. Este programa permite elaborar una receta de
pan francés blanco tradicional con una corteza más gruesa.
3. Pan dulce. Este programa está adaptado para recetas como
el brioche, las cuales contienen más mantequilla y azúcar. No
sobrepase 750 g en total si utiliza preparados para pan.
4. Pan rápido. Este programa permite elaborar panes blancos
con rapidez. Los panes elaborados con este programa tienen
una textura más densa que los panes de otros programas.
5. Pan integral. Este programa debe seleccionarse cuando se
utiliza harina integral.
6. Pan sin gluten. Se recomienda utilizar un preparado para
pan. Este programa solo permite utilizar la opción de 1000 g
(consultar las advertencias al utilizar programas sin gluten).
