kostgrupperna har programmet valts och bekräftats

och smak.

• Om du vill experimentera i köket och skapa egna

recept eller laga till mat som inte står med i

tabellen i slutet av häftet rekommenderar vi att du

följer de här anvisningarna: använd "prog 1" till

grönsaker, "prog 2" till stärkelserik mat (eller recept

med minst en stärkelserik ingrediens), "prog 3" till

kött och "prog 4" till fisk och skaldjur.

• Beroende på vilket tillagningsprogram du valt,

varar den varsamma ångfasen i prog 1= 4 min, i

prog 2 = 6 min, i prog 3 = 10 min och i prog 4 = 4

min.

• Tillagning av djupfrysta ingredienser påverkar inte

tillagningsprogrammen.

• För soppor rekommenderar vi att du väljer prog 2.
