Para cocinar verduras o alimentos delicados
• Posicione el pictograma dde la válvula ante la
marca de posicionamiento (H) - fig. 7.
Para cocinar carne o alimentos congelados:
• Posicione el pictograma de la válvula ante la marca
de posicionamiento (H) - fig. 8.
Para que salga el vapor:
• Gire progresivamente la válvula (A) eligiendo a su
gusto la velocidad de descompresión para terminar
ante la marca del pictograma - fig. 9, o ponga la
olla a presión bajo un grifo de agua fría (apartado
«Descompresión rápida»).
Primer uso
• Ponga el soporte del cestillo (K) en el fondo de la
olla y deposite el cestillo (J) encima*.
• Llene de agua hasta 2/3 de la olla (marca máxima
de llenado (O)).
• Cierre la olla a presión.
• Posicione el pictograma ante la marca de
posicionamiento (H) - fig. 8.
• Sitúe la olla a presión sobre una fuente de calor y
a continuación ajústela a la potencia máxima.
• Cuando el vapor comience a salir por la válvula,
reduzca la fuente de calor y cuente 20 minutos.
• Una vez transcurridos los 20 minutos, apague la
fuente de calor.
• Gire progresivamente la válvula (A) eligiendo a su
gusto la velocidad de descompresión para
terminar en el tope ante el pictograma - fig. 9.
• Cuando el indicador de presencia de presión (D)
descienda significará que la olla ya no se
encuentra sometida a presión.
• Abra la olla a presión - fig. 1 - 2.
• Aclare la olla a presión con agua y séquela.
