For at lære din bagemaskine at kende foreslår vi at prøve denne opskrift med BASALT

BRØD til at bage dit første brød.

BASALT BRØD BRUNING >MIDDEL SALT > 1,5 tsk.

(program 1) VÆGT >1000 g SUKKER > 1 spsk.

TID >3 :18 PULVERMÆLK > 2 spsk.

OLIE >1,5 spsk. MEL > 550 g

VAND >300 ml GÆR > 5 g

eller 1,5 tsk

Tag brødformen op ved at løfte håndtaget op og

trække det lodret op.

Sæt derefter ælteren i.

Kom ingredienserne ned i formen i den anbefalede

rækkefølge.

Pas på at veje ingredienserne nøjagtigt.

Sæt brødformen i apparatet. Tryk på formen, så

det kobles på drevet og klipses fast i begge sider.

Sæt brødapparatets ledning i en stikkontakt og

tænd for det. Efter et bip vises program 1 i

standard, dvs. 1000 g middel bruning.

Tryk på tasten .

Kontrollampen ud for det nåede trin i cyklussen

tænder.

Timerens 2 punkter blinker.

Kontrollampen for brug tænder.

Tag brødapparatets stik ud i slutningen af

bagecyklussen. Tag brødformen ud ved at tage

fat i håndtaget. Brug altid isolerende grydelapper,

da formens håndtag og indersiden af låget er

meget varme. Tag det varme brød ud af formen og

stil det på en rist i en time for at lade det afkøle.
