STEGETABELLER
Tilberedningstiderne er kun vejledende. De kan variere afhængigt af
kvantitet, smag, strømforsyning osv.
• Det er vigtigt at stege hjemmelavede pommes frites to gange for at
opnå de bedste resultater og for at forhindre olien i at løbe over:
- en første stegning på 160 °C
- en anden stegning på 190 °C
• Tør fødevarerne grundigt før stegning, især frosne fødevarer og
frisklavede pommes frites, af hensyn til sikkerheden og for at opnå
de sprødeste resultater.
• Hæld aldrig frosne fødevarer direkte fra pakken ned i kurven eller
over i olieboksen.
• Store stykker kylling eller store pommes frites skal stege i længere tid.
• Sæt temperaturtermostaten i henhold til nedenstående tabel, eller
følg instruktionerne på fødevareemballagen.
• Stegetip: Anvend ikke kurven ved stegning af indbagte fødevarer
eller doughnuts for at forhindre, at fødevarerne klæber sammen.
