Nous vous recommandons:
de nettoyer votre huile après chaque utilisation afin d’en retirer les
particules brûlées et de la changer régulièrement.
Pour garantir la qualité et la rapidité de la cuisson, limitez la quantité
de frites à 1/2 panier à la fois.
Pour votre sécurité, le produit assure automatiquement la vidange
(en position filtration) quand la matière grasse a suffisamment
refroidi (environ 3 heures après la dernière cuisson).
• Une fois que la cuisson est terminée, mettez la commande Oil box à
la position Automatic oil filtration. Fig. 12.
• Une fois la filtration terminée, vous pouvez ranger le bac à huile :
dans l’appareil : mettez le bouton de commande Oil box à la
position Fry. L’appareil doit être transporté et rangé à plat. Fig. 13.
hors de l’appareil : mettez le bouton de commande Oil box à la
position Oil box. Fig. 14. et retirez le bac à huile. Transportez- le
avec précaution.
IMPORTANT
Assurez-vous que le bac à huile est vide avant de vidanger la
friteuse.
