Nasveti glede uporabe
Pred prvo uporabo vse nastavke očistite z milnico. Nato jih temeljito sperite in takoj osušite.
Rešetka in rezilo morata ostati mastna. Naoljite jih z oljem.
Če rešetke niso naoljene, izdelka ne uporabljajte.
V odprtine ne vstavljajte prstov ali kuhinjskih pripomočkov.
Izdelka ne smete uporabljati več kot 14 min.
Uporaba: rezalna glava (Glejte sl. od 1.1 do 1.4)
Pripravite celotno količino živila, ki ga boste zmleli, odstranite kosti, hrustanec in živce. Meso narežite na
koščke (približno 2cm X 2cm).
Nasvet: Ko ste s postopkom zaključili, lahko v rezalnik vstavite nekaj koščkov kruha, da odstranite sesekljano
meso v celoti.
Nastavek za pripravo klobas (Glejte sl. od 2.1 do 2.3)
Važno! Ta nastavek lahko uporabite šele po tem, ko meso nasesekljate, začinite in vse skupaj dobro
zmešate.
Črevo najprej namočite v mlačni vodi, da mu povrnete elastičnost, nato pa ga napolnite v lijak, tako da sega
5 cm čez lijak (konec čreve zaprete s pomočjo zavezanega vozlja). Napravo vklopite in dodajte nadev v
sekljalnik in napolnite črevo.
Opomba: To delo lažje opravita dve osebi, pri čemer ena oseba pripravi mleto meso, druga pa črevo
napolni z nadevom.
