Nastavak za ćevape (vidi fig. 3.1 i 3.2)
Praktični savjet:
Da biste dobili finu smjesu za ćevape ili ćufteta, propustite meso 2 do 3 puta kroz glavu mašine za mljevenje, dok
ne dobijete željenu finoću.
Nastavak za keks (vidi fig. 4.1 i 4.2)
Pripremite tijesto. Dobit ćete najbolje rezultate s mekšim tijestom. Odaberite uzorak i izravnajte ga a strelicom.
Ponavljajte postupak dok ne dobijete željenu količinu keksa.
Nastavak za stejk (vidi fig. 5)
Nastavak za agrume (vidi fig. 6.1 i 6.2)
Nastavak za voćni pire (vidi fig. 7)
Upotreba: Postavite posudu u koju ćete sakupljati sok kroz vodilicu za sok K5, i još jednu na izlazu filtera, kako
biste prikupljali otpatke. Kod pripreme voćnog pirea i soka obavezno koristite samo svježe voće. Zavisno od
sezone i kvaliteta voća, savjetujemo da pulpu protisnete i drugi put, da biste dobili maksimalnu količinu voćnog
pirea ili soka.
Sok: Koristite filter K3
Voćni pire: Koristite filter K4
Sjeckalica za povrće (vidi fig. 8.1 do 8.6 / fig.10)
Koristite konus predviđen za svaku vrstu hrane: vidi tabelu fig.10.
Savjeti za postizanje dobrih rezultata:
Sastojci koje koristite moraju biti zatvoreni, da bi se postigli zadovoljavajući rezultati i izbjeglo eventualno
nakupljanje hrane u spremniku. Ne koristite aparat za ribanje ili sjeckanje pretvrde hrane, poput šećera ili
komada mesa.
