PAVYZDYS: ŽirniųkošRsu lašiniais arba aviena
Žaliavos: 100 g lašiniųarba avienos - 150 g nevirtųluptųžirnių- 100 g miltų-
50 g vandens - 20 g česnako - druska - pipirai - alyvųaliejus
- Inde sumaišykite luptus žirnius su miltais ir palaipsniui pilkite vandenį, kol
nesusidarys vientisas mišinys.
- mišinįsudRkite įmalūnRlio dubenRlį.
- Įjunkite prietaisąir mišinįgrūstuku palaipsniui stumkite įangą.
- Po to sudRkite 2 cm x 2 cm gabalRliais supjaustytus lašinius arba avienąir
česnaką.
- Mišinįsupilkite įpuodąsu 1,5 litro vandens. Išmaišykite ir palikite 20 - 30
minučiųvirti.
- Po to pridRkite 1/2 stiklinRlRs alyvųaliejaus ir vRl sumiksuokite.

sietelius patepti valgomu aliejumi.
