Primer: Grahov pire s slanino ali ovčjim mesom.
Sestavine : 100 g slanine ali ovčetine - 150 g surovega zdrobljenega graha -
100 g moke -50 g vode - 20 g česna - sol - poper – olivno olje
- V posodi zmešajte zdrobljen grah in moko in nato postopoma dodajajte vodo,
dokler ne dobite enakomerne zmesi.
- Vse skupaj vsipajte v posodo za sekljanje.
- Vklopite aparat in počasi potiskajte zmes v grlo s pomočjo potisnega elementa.
- Nato dodajte slanino ali ovčetino, razrezano na koščke velikosti 2 cm x 2 cm,
in česen.
- Stresite mešanico v posodo z 1,5 litra vode. Premešajte in kuhajte 20 do 30
minut.
- Potem dodajte 1/2 kozarčka olivnega olja in vse skupaj zmešajte.
Aparat je zavarovani z varovalnim sistemom, vgrajenim na osi spirale (6). Pred
uporabo preberite in upoštevajte navodila glede mešanja živil in izbire mrežice,
da aparata ne preobremenite ali nehote ne blokirate.
Demontaža
Po uporabi aparat izklopite in ga odklopite iz električnega omrežja.
• Pritisnite na gumb za sprostitev bloka za sekljanje (4), ki se nahaja na sprednji
strani aparata.
• Obrnite blok za sekljanje na desno.
• Popolnoma sprostite blok in ga izvlecite.
• Odvijte matico bloka za sekljanje in izvlecite pripomočke s pritiskom na os.
• Izklopite aparat pred vsakim ččenjem in pred vsakim snemanjem
pripomočkov.
Čistite ga z vlažno krpo.
Vse druge dele lahko očistite s toplo vodo in sredstvom za pomivanje posode.
Nikoli ne uporabljajte abrazivnih sredstev.
Priporočamo, da nož in mreže naprave za sekljanje mesa po vsaki
uporabi namastite z jedilnim oljem.
Shranjevanje
Pripomočke je mogoče zložiti v temu namenjen prostor pod vrati (14) na zadnji
strani aparata (slika 6).
Kabel lahko zvijete pod aparat (slika 7).
DODATNI PRIPOMOČKI
Cev za klobase (odvisno od modela)
Ta pripomoček se uporablja brez mreže in brez noža. Nastavimo ga na blok za
sekljanje in z njegovo pomočjo lahko naredimo klobase.
Nikoli ne potopite
motornega bloka v vodo.
Bloka za sekljanje (5),
spirale (6), noža (7),
mreže (8) in matice (9)
nikoli ne umivajte v
pomivalnem stroju.
