Do not operate the appliance if :
- the container is empty
- the blades of the cutting rotor are damaged
- there is visible damage on the appliance or it is not functioning properly
- if the mechanism is blocked.
Always store the cutting rotors in their protective case, when you do not use the appliance.
This product is designed for household use and not professional use.
If it is used for professional purposes, the warranty will be void and no liability will be assumed.
Using
1. Remove all the parts from the box and clean them thoroughly by hand before using for the rst time. Please
refer to the instructions under «Cleaning» section.
2. Place the container on a stable and dry working surface.
3. Remove the cutting rotor from its protective case.
4. Put the lifting aid on the table, it must be stable (otherwise just turn it). Hold the wing with one hand and with
the other hand hold the cutting rotor on the xed wing and the blades in the same position as the xed wing
(light green), then push the cutting rotor from the top on the liting aid. It will lift up the herbs, garlic, chili from
the bottom of the container and chop it very nely. Remove lifting aid when using other ingredients. - g. C
5. Place the cutting rotor in the container with the blades above one another to optimize the space for the
ingredients you want to chop. - g. D, E
6. Cut the big ingredients such as carrots or onions in a piece shorter than the length of the blades so that they
will not block the blades of the cutting rotor.
7. Then place them in the container while making sure that the cutting rotor will remain straight.
8. Place the lid on the container making sure that the hexagon on the cutting rotor ts into the recess in the lid.
9. Place one hand on top of the lid to hold the appliance down on the working surface. Then use the other hand
to grip the pull mechanism on the lid.
10. The rst pulling motion needs to be done with strength and speed. Execute this motion always in an
horizontal way.
11. Maintain your grip while the pulling mechanism retracts and do not let it go.
12. If the blades of the cutting rotor become blocked, do not force. Remove the cutting rotor to carefully remove
the ingredients and cut them in smaller pieces before putting back the cutting rotor in the container taking care
of the alignment of the blades to optimize the volume available.
13. The transparent container let you see the neness of the cutting. Repeat the pulling until you get the expected
result. You need about 5 pulls for a rst level of chopping but it will also depend of the type of ingredient.
Cleaning
All parts are dishwasher-safe except the lid that you have to handwash or clean with a sponge while avoiding to
put water on the pull mechanism, that is to say without immersing it in the sink.
To prolong the life of your product, we recommend hand washing.
However, if water does get inside the lid accidentely, use a coin to unscrew the drain at the base of the lid and
remove the water. Then, let it dry for several hours. Once it is dry, close the drain again. Do not unscrew or open
any other parts on the lid, danger of injury.
Safe storage of the cutting rotors
First, place the lower cutting blade of the rotor in its protective case. Then rotate the plastic axle above the
second cutting blade until the blade is in the correct position and press it into the protective case. Be careful not
to injure yourself on the sharp blades. The holes-blades are not sharp- g. F
GUARANTEE
This product is guaranteed for 10 years against manufacturing defects, unless specic legislation or agreements
are in force in the country of purchase.
The guarantee applies only to products under normal use and maintenance conditions.
It does not cover: wear parts (blades, aspect) and wear defects related to use or natural process ; any damages
