Hoe defecten te herkennen en vermijden die onder de Garantie Roestvrij Staal vallen
Buitenzijde van de bodem:
Er is een garantie op het centrale deel van de pan tegen het externe loskomen van de ingekapselde bodem of een bubbel tussen de ingekapselde
bodem en het centrale deel. Dit kan oververhitting en te warme plekken veroorzaken en wordt gedekt door de garantie.
Binnenzijde van het product:
Er is een garantie op het centrale deel van de pan tegen donkerbruine en zwarte roestvlekken.
Indien je dergelijke vlekken ziet aan de binnenzijde van het product, reinig het dan eerst volgens de schoonmaakinstructies. Indien de vlekken nog vrij hardnekkig zijn wanneer
je met je vingernagel na het reinigen over het oppervlak strijkt, of indien de vlek op een gaatje of putje lijkt, wordt dit gedekt door de garantie.
Nuttig advies:
Voeg enkel zout aan het water toe nadat het zijn
kookpunt heeft bereikt.
Gebruik geen afwasmiddelen met chloor.
Gebruik geen waterstofperoxide of bleekmiddelen.
Handgrepen, zijdelingse handgrepen en knoppen:
Indien de pan gelaste steunpunten heeft en de handgreep gebroken is vanwege de laspunten maar er geen gaten zijn aan de zijkant van de pan, wordt di t in principe gedekt door
