Čokoládová zmrzlina:
75 g horúcej čokolády, 30 cl mlieka, 90 g s,
90 g krupicového cukru, 3 žĺtkov.
1. Mlieko s čokoládou nasekanou na kúsky ohrejte
za občasného miešania sa čokoláda celkom
rozpustí.
2. Žĺtky vymiešajte s cukrom. Pomaly prilievajte za
dôkladného miešania čokoládové mlieko.
3. Všetko naliate do hrnca a nechajte zhustnúť na
miernom ohni, sa krém lepia na lyžici, nesmie
dôjsť k varu.
4. Pred pridaním smotany nechajte vychladnúť.
Minimálne 12 hodín pred prípravou vložte všetko
do chladničky.
5. Za otáčaní nádob pomaly nalejte zmes na
značku maximálneho objemu.
6. Nechajte bežať 5-10 minút, potom prístroj vy
nite stlačením tlačidla zapnuté/vypnuté, zmrzlina
je hotová.
Karamelová zmrzlina:
35 g cukru, 300 ml mlieka, 35 g masla, 4 žĺtkov
Karamel: 65 g cukru
Žĺtky zmiešajte s 35 g cukru, prilejte 300 ml
vriaceho mlieka.
Za sucha pripravte karamel zo 65 g cukru, tento
zrieďte pridaním 35 g masla.
Obe ingrediencie zmiešajte a uložte do chladničky
(minimálne 12 hodín vopred), potom vymiešajte
v zmrzlinovači.
Sorbet s ovocím:
80 ml vody, 300 g mixovaných jahôd, 50 g cukru,
1/2 šťavy z jedného citrónu.
Povarte vodu a cukor po dobu 2 minút, pridajte
jahody a citrónovú šťavu.
Uložte do chladničky (minimálne 12 hodín vopred),
potom vymiešajte v zmrzlinovači.
Zmrzlina s ovocím:
200 g mixovaného ovocia (jahody, banány, maliny,
ananás, …), šťava z jedného citrónu, 100 g cukru,
125 g vyšľahanej šľahačky.
Vymixujte ovocie a potom pridajte citrónovú šťavu
a cukor. Znovu vymixujte.
Šľahačku ušľahajte a pridajte do namixovaného
ovocia.
Uložte do chladničky (minimálne 12 hodín vopred),
potom vymiešajte v zmrzlinovači.
Variant:
Pri všetkých zmrzlinových receptoch môžete do
hotovej zmrzliny pridávať ingrediencie podľa chutí
Vašich detí: zrnká čokolády, hrozienka, mandle,
drvené orechy, tekutý karamel, tekutá čokoláda...
