Para esta receita são necessários os batedores de arame largo. À venda num Serviço
de Assistência Técnica autorizado, refª. SA192377.
150 g de farinha de trigo, 150 g de farinha de centeio, 1 saqueta (11 g) de fermento
químico, 150 g de açúcar, 1 saqueta de açúcar baunilhado (7,5 g).
Especiarias: canela (4 g), cardamomo (1 g), anis (1 g), noz-moscada (0,2 g, uma
pitada), 250 g de mel líquido, 1 ovo inteiro, 5 cl de leite.
Deite as duas farinhas, o fermento e o açúcar (branco e baunilhado) numa taça.
Triture as especiarias e adicione-as à preparação.
Junte o mel, o ovo e o leite.
Misture na velocidade “4” durante um minuto e deixe repousar 10 minutos antes de
bater novamente na posição “Turbo” durante 10 segundos.
Deite a massa numa forma para bolo rectangular untada e coza no forno durante
1 hora, termóstato 5.
4. Após cada utilização, abra o compartimento de arrumação do cabo retráctil situado
na base do aparelho e enrole o cabo deixando cerca de 15 cm fora da base. Feche
o compartimento de arrumação do cabo e coloque o aparelho e os acessórios na
caixa de arrumação.
