150 g farine de blé + 150 g farine de seigle + 1 paquet (11 g) de levure chimique,
150 g de sucre + 1 paquet de sucre vanillé (7.5 g)
Epices : cannelle (4 g), cardamome (1 g), anis vert (1 g), muscade (0.2 g,1 pincée),
250 g de miel liquide, 1 oeuf entier, 5 cl de lait.
Dans un saladier, verser les 2 farines, la levure chimique et les 2 sucres.
Moudre les épices et les ajouter à la préparation.
Ajouter le miel, l’oeuf et le lait.
Mélanger en utilisant la vitesse “4” pendant une minute puis laisser reposer 10 minutes
avant de mixer pendant 10 secondes en position “turbo”.
Mettre la pâte dans un moule à cake beurré et cuire dans un four pendant 1h,
thermostat position 5.
4. Après utilisation, ouvrir le range-cordon rétractable situé sur la base de l’appareil,
enrouler le cordon en laissant dépasser 15 cm environ. Refermer le range-cordon et
placer l’appareil et les accessoires dans la boîte de rangement.
