Maak de gardes meteen na gebruik schoon om te vermijden dat restjes van ei- of
oliemengsels blijven kleven of opdrogen.
RECEPT
Roombotercake
Gebruik de metalen gardes voor dit recept.
3 grote eieren (of ongeveer 150 g) - 150 g meel - 150 g basterdsuiker - 150 g gesmolten
boter - 1 zakje vanillesuiker - 1 theelepel bakpoeder - 2 snuifjes zout
Laat de boter smelten (in een kom gedurende 30 seconden in de magnetron).
Doe alle ingrediënten in een kom.
Mix op de maximumsnelheid tot het deeg consistent en gelijkmatig is, maar niet langer
dan 5 minuten.

Brug håndmikseren til at lave lette sammenblandinger: Mayonnaise, piskede æggehvider,
saucer, kagedej, pandekagedej osv.
Brug den ikke længere end 1 minut ved tungere sammenblandinger.

Smelt smørret (i en skål i ca. 30 sek. i mikrobølgeovn).
Kom alle ingredienserne i en skål.
Bland ved den højeste hastighed, indtil du har en ensartet og blød dej. Bland ikke
længere end 5 minutter.
