FIRST USE

USE (FIG. 1 TO 3)

RECIPE

CLEANING (FIG. 4 AND 5)

• Before using your appliance for the first time, clean the accessories in soapy water.

• Rinse and dry them carefully.

• Use your hand mixer to make light preparations: mayonnaise, whisked egg whites, sauces,

cake mixture, crepe batter, etc.

• Do not use it for more than 1 minute for heavier preparations.

Sponge cake

Use the metal whisks for this recipe.

3 large eggs (or about 150 g weight)

150 g of plain flour- 150 g of caster sugar- 150 g of melted butter- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

(optional)- 1 tsp of baking powder- 2 pinches of salt

Soften the butter (in a bowl for 30 sec in the microwave oven on low power).

Put all ingredients in a bowl.

Mix at the maximum speed until you get a well blended and smooth mixture, but not for more

than 5 minutes.

• Clean the whisks immediately after use to prevent any remaining egg or oil mixture sticking

or drying.
