• Jos sähkö- tai höyryjohto on vahingoittunut, se on

ehdottomasti annettava valtuutetun huoltopalvelun

vaihdettavaksi vaarojen välttämiseksi.

• Laite on voimassa olevien käyttöturvallisuutta koskevien standardien ja säännösten mukainen

(pienjännitedirektiivi, sähkömagneettinen yhteensopivuus ja ympäristödirektiivit...)

• Höyrysilitysrautasi on sähkölaite: sitä saa käyttää vain normaaleissa käyttöolosuhteissa. Se on tarkoitettu vain

kotikäyttöön.

• Se on varustettu 2 turvajärjestelmällä:

- varoventtiilillä, joka estää ylipaineen. Jos laite toimii virheellisesti, venttiili päästää liian höyryn ulos,

- lämpösulake, joka estää ylikuumenemisen.

• Kytke höyrysilitysrautasi aina:

- sähköverkkoon, jonka jännite on välillä 220 ja 240 V.

- maadoitettuun pistorasiaan. Virheellinen sähköliitos voi aiheuttaa korjaamattomia vahinkoja ja se kumoaa

takuun. Jos käytät jatkojohtoa, tarkasta, että pistorasia on kaksinapainen 16A ja siinä on maadoitettu johdin.

• Kierrä sähköjohto kokonaan auki ennen sen kytkemistä maadoituspistokkeeseen.

• Silitysraudan pohja ja raudan kotelon alusta voivat kuumentua ja aiheuttaa palovammoja, älä koske niihin.

Älä koskaan koske sähköjohtoa silitysraudan pohjalla.

• Laitteesta purkautuu höyryä, joka voi aiheuttaa palovammoja. Käsittele rautaa varoen, erityisesti silittäessäsi

pystysuorassa. Älä koskaa kohdista höyryä ihmisiin tai eläimiin.

• Älä koskaan upota höyrykeskusta veteen tai muuhun nesteeseen. Älä laita laitetta koskaan vesihanan alle.
