Handmatige modus
Pel de ui, de wortelen en de
teentjes knoook. Snijd ze in
zeer kleine stukjes, net als de
selderij. Verhit de olie in een
grote braadpan op matig vuur,
voeg de groenten toe en laat 5
minuten bakken.
Voeg het gehakt toe, roer om
het vlees in kleine stukjes
te breken en voeg dan de
tomatenpuree, tijm, zout en
peper toe. Laat 20 minuten
koken. Smelt de boter in een
steelpan, voeg de bloem toe en
klop, voeg dan al kloppend de
melk toe en laat nog 5 minuten
koken, nog steeds kloppend, tot
de béchamel dik wordt. Breng
op smaak met zout en peper.
Giet wat van de gehaktsaus op
de bodem van de bakplaat. Leg
er een laag lasagnevellen op en
snijd ze indien nodig in stukken.
Verdeel de helft van de
overgebleven vleessaus
erover, leg er nog een laag
lasagnevellen op en vervolgens
de overgebleven vleessaus.
Bedek met lasagnevellen, druk
aan, bestrijk met béchamelsaus
en bestrooi met geraspte
mozzarella. Plaats de bakplaat
in uw OptiGrill. Sluit de grill en
zet hem aan.
Het programma Handmatig
wordt automatisch geselecteerd.
Kies de kleurinstelling Oranje
met de M-toets en druk op OK.
Zodra het voorverwarmen klaar
is, laat u de lasagne 20 minuten
bakken.
  150 g ui
  100 g wortel
  2 teentjes knoook
  100 g selderijstengels
  1 eetlepel olijfolie
  300 g gehakt (rundvlees
of een mengsel van var-
kensvlees en rundvlees)
  800 g tomatenpuree
  1 theelepel tijm
  30 g boter
  30 g bloem
  30 cl melk
  200 g verse lasagnevellen

  50 g geraspte mozzarella,
