GEGRILDE FRUITSPIESJES MET
CHOCOLADESAUS

Thermostaat aan de zijkant
Snijd de ananas en de
watermeloen in blokjes van
2 cm. Meng de honing, , de
vanille, het limoensap en de
limoenrasp door elkaar. Voeg de
fruitblokjes en de rode druiven
doe. Meng de ingrediënten en
zet alles in de koelkast terwijl u
de chocoladesaus bereidt.
Hak de chocolade jn en doe
deze in een kleine kom. Giet het
water en de room in een kleine
steelpan, breng het aan de kook
en giet de chocolade er direct
bij, terwijl u voortdurend blijft
kloppen. Laat afkoelen.
Maak de spiesjes door het
uitgelekte fruit er afwisselend
aan te rijgen, met ongeveer 80 g
fruit per spiesje.
Open de OptiGrill in de BBQ-
stand. Stel de thermostaat aan
de zijkant in op 4. Nadat het
apparaat is voorverwarmd, legt
u de spiesjes op de plaat en
bakt u ze 6 minuten. Draai ze
halverwege om en besprenkel
ze met de marinade tot ze aan
alle kanten bruin zijn.
Serveer de spiesjes met de
chocoladesaus.
Voor de fruitspiesjes :
   200 g ananas (ongeveer
1/4 geschilde ananas)
   250 g watermeloen
   65 g vloeibare honing
   1/2 theelepel vanillepoeder
   1 eetlepel vers geperst
limoensap
   1 theelepel geraspte
limoenschil
   250 g rode druiven
Voor de chocoladesaus :
   110 g pure chocolade met
65% cacao
   75 ml water
   75 ml dikke room
   8 spiesjes
   Steelpan
Gebruik fruit naar keuze, zolang het maar stevig fruit
is dat gebakken kan worden, zoals nectarines, peren,
appels, meloen enz.
