Pel het knoookteentje
en de ui, en snijd beide in
dunne plakjes. Doe die in
een steelpan met de olijfolie
en een snufje zout en laat
10 minuten op laag vuur
fruiten. Voeg de ketchup,
tomatenpuree, worcestersaus,
azijn, honing, mosterd en
kruiden toe. Meng alles en laat
ongeveer 15 minuten zachtjes
sudderen. Laat afkoelen.
Schakel de grill in. Selecteer
de instelling voor varkensvlees
en druk op OK.
Snijd het vlees in blokjes van
3 cm en rijg die aan 6 houten
spiezen. Bestrijk het vlees met
de barbecuesaus.
Zodra de grill is voorverwarmd,
leg je de spiezen erop en sluit
je de grill.
Gril totdat de
gaarheidsindicator het rode
niveau heeft bereikt. Serveer
de spiezen met de rest van de
barbecuesaus.
  650 g varkenshaas
  1 knoookteentje
  100 g ui
  1 eetlepel olie
  65 g tomatenketchup
  45 g puree van zonge-
droogde tomaten
  2,5 eetlepel worcestersaus
  0,5 theelepel dijonmosterd
  1,5 el appelazijn
  1,5 eetlepel honing
  1 theelepel gemalen
paprikapoeder
  ½ theelepel tijm
  ½ theelepel gekneusde
peperkorrels
  Zout
  6 houten spiezen
Voor zeer mals vlees en een nog betere smaak marineer
je de blokjes varkensvlees een nacht in de helft van de
barbecuesaus voordat je de spiezen grilt.
