1 aubergine

1 röd paprika

1 grön paprika

1 dl vitt vin

2 vitlöksklyftor

persilja (några stjälkar)

2 olivolja

salt, peppar

1 Skär squash och aubergine i kuber. Skiva champinjonerna. Skär paprikorna i fina strimlor.

2 Lägg aubergine, squash, paprika och champinjoner i din ActiFry

. Häll i oljan och tillaga i 15 min.

3 Stöt vitlök och persilja i mortel. Tillsätt dem tillsammans med vitvinet. Krydda och fortsätt tillagningen i

10–15 min.

1 Skala bananerna och skiva dem i 1 cm tjocka skivor. Skär filobladen i fyra delar.

2 Lägg en nypa kakaokross i mitten på bladet. Lägg en skiva banan ovanpå. Förslut paketet genom att vika två

motsatta sidor över varann, därefter de återstående motsatta sidorna och pensla paketet med det uppvispade

ägget. Lägg paketen i din ActiFry

och tillaga i 10 min.

3 Värm under tiden mjölken. Häll den på chokladen och mixa för att få såsen slät. Det går att byta ut bananer mot

kiwi, päron, ananas, jordgubbar...
