3 Lad dem koge i 40 til 45 min. alt efter tykkelsen.
Kalkunfilet med 3 slags peberfrugt

600 g kalkunfilet i strimler (1 cm x 3 cm)
3 peberfrugter befriet for kernerne (1 rød, 1 grøn, 1 gul)
1 løg skåret i skiver
2 fed hakkede hvidløg
2 olivenolie
½ glas hvid portvin
½ cider-vinaigre
1 dl vand
salt, peber
1 Skær peberfrugterne i 2 cm brede strimler.Læg dem i ActiFry

sammen med løgene, tilføj olivenolien og lad det
stege i 10 til 15 min.
2 Tilføj hvidløget og steg videre i 5 min. Smag til.
3 Tilføj kalkunstrimlerne til grøntsagerne sammen med hvid portvin, vand og cider-vinaigre, og lad det stege
i 10 til 15 min.
Kæmperejer à la provençale

800 g kæmperejer
1 løg skåret i skiver
5 fed hakkede hvidløg
½ bundt hakket persille
3 olivenolie
1 citron
salt, peber
1 Skyl kæmperejerne i koldt vand og tør dem af. Læg kæmperejerne i et fad og dæk dem med hvidløg, løg, persille
og olie. Lad dem marinere i 15 min.
2 Steg kæmperejerne sammen med marinaden i 12 til 15 min.Når kæmperejerne har fået en flot orange farve,
skal de krydes med salt og peber.
3 Server dem med citronbåde.
