La friteuse ne chauffe pas
Les frites fraîches collent. •Lavez et séchez soigneusement
les frites fraîches.
La cuve ne vidange pas
La matière grasse est trop
chaude.
Le bouton de commande Oil box
n’est pas à la position Automatic
Oil Filtration.
La grille de filtrage est bouchée
ou colmatée.
La matière grasse est figée ou
solidifiée.
•Attendez que la matière grasse
refroidisse (environ 3h).
•Mettez le bouton de commande
Oil box à la position Automatic
Oil Filtration.
•Videz la cuve dans un récipient à
l’aide du bec verseur et nettoyez
la grille avec une brosse non
métallique et de l’eau chaude et
du savon. Appuyez ensuite sur le
bouton rouge situé sous la friteuse
pour laisser s’échapper l’eau et les
déchets.
•Faites chauffer (4 à 5 min) la
friteuse.
Fuites d’huile
Le repère correspondant à 3,5L
de remplissage de la cuve a été
dépassé.
Il reste de l’huile dans le bac à
huile ou celui-ci est plein.
•Respectez le niveau max de
remplissage de cuve. Nettoyez
la friteuse avant toute autre
utilisation.
•Mettez le bouton de commande
Oil box sur la position Oil box,
retirez le bac à huile et videz-le.
Dégagement de mauvaises odeurs
La matière grasse est dégradée.
La matière grasse ne convient
pas.
•Renouvelez le bain de friture.
•Utilisez une matière grasse
végétale pour obtenir une une
friture de bonne qualité.
