• Limpie la tapa, la cuba, el cuerpo del aparato, el cestillo y el contenedor de

aceite con una esponja húmeda y jabón líquido para vajillas o lávelos en el

lavavajillas. (fig.6)

Limpie la resistencia eléctrica con una esponja húmeda. (fig.7)

Seque bien.

• Después de cada limpieza, presione el botón rojo situado debajo de la cuba

para permitir que salga el agua que queda en el interior. (fig.8)

Compruebe que el botón rojo ha vuelto a la posición correcta.

• Coloque en su sitio la cuba y la resistencia eléctrica. (fig.9-10)

Compruebe que la resistencia eléctrica esté colocada correctamente, si no la

freidora no funcionará.

• Coloque el botón de mando Oil box en la posición Oil box y ponga el

contenedor de aceite vacío en la freidora. (fig.4-11)

• Despliegue por completo el asa del cestillo: un "clic" le indicará que ya está

colocada. (fig.12)

Preparación

• Llene la cuba con aceite/grasa. (fig.13)

El nivel de aceite/grasa debe estar siempre entre las marcas míni

y máxi de la cuba. (fig.14)

No mezcle diferentes tipos de aceites/grasas, esto podría causar

desbordamientos.

Utilice aceite/grasa alimentaria líquida recomendada para la fritura.

Siga las recomendaciones del fabricante para la cocción.

Compruebe antes de cada cocción el nivel de aceite/grasa y rectifique si fuera

necesario con el mismo aceite.

• Si utiliza grasa sólida, córtela en pedazos y derrítala en una

cacerola aparte, a continuación viértala en la cuba. (fig

.15-16)

No derrita nunca la grasa sólida sobre la resistencia o en el cestillo.
