No ponga nunca la grasa sólida directamente en la cuba o en el cestillo, si lo hace el aparato
podría dañarse.
• No mezcle diferentes tipos de grasa.
• No sobrecargue el cestillo, respete la cantidad límite de seguridad.
Recomendaciones
• Limite la temperatura de cocción a 170°C en especial para las patatas fritas.
• Utilice el cestillo para freír las patatas fritas.
Controle la cocción: no coma los alimentos fritos cuando estén quemados y elija una fritura
ligeramente dorada.
Filtre el aceite después de cada utilización para evitar que los residuos se quemen y cámbielo con
regularidad.
• No almacene la freidora en el exterior, de este modo evitará una cantidad de agua no deseable en
el baño de aceite. Es mejor un lugar seco y ventilado.
• Siga una dieta equilibrada y variada que se componga de al menos 5 frutas y verduras al día.
• Almacene las patatas por encima de los 8°C.
• Para una cocción rápida y satisfactoria, limite la cantidad de patatas a 1/2 cestillo por baño.
La inmersión del cestillo lleno hace disminuir muy rápidamente la temperatura del aceite. Durante
la cocción, éste no sobrepasa nunca los 175°C, incluso si el termostato está regulado a 190°C
(= temperatura estabilizada antes de inmersión).
