Het apparaat van de netspanning halen
Wanneer u klaar bent met frituren draait u de thermostaat naar de minimale
stand en zet u de knop op « Off ».
Trek de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact.
Laat de friteuse en het vet geheel afkoelen (3 uur).
Om de friteuse te verplaatsen dient u de handgrepen te gebruiken.
Baktabel
De aangegeven baktijden zijn indicaties. Deze kunnen afwijken afhankelijk
van de hoeveelheden, de persoonlijke voorkeur, de dikte van de voedingsmiddelen,
de netspanning, etc.
Baktip: Wanneer u gepaneerde voedingsmiddelen of oliebollen bakt dient u
het mandje er uit te halen om te voorkomen dat de voedingsmiddelen er aan
blijven kleven.
Verplaats uw friteuse nooit
wanneer de olie nog heet is.
Voor het beste resultaat en om
overlopen te vermijden wanneer
u verse frites bakt, is het
traditionele bakken in twee
fases aanbevolen:
- eerste, op 170 °C
- tweede, op 190 °C
